1974 The first Pill Festival.

The first Pill Festival publicly demostrated how strong the Pill Community was. The weekend started with street parties spread throughout the whole are.. The Mayor at that time Councillor John Marsh visited every event and party and was a credit to his office, readily taking part in the singing and the wonderful atmosphere that prevailed. This first selection in Colour will be added to at a later date
