Wynns Heavy Haulage 2

This small selection of unpublished Wynn's pictures, show 200 ton capacity trailer 654, a slightly bent German scheurle trailer and the two 3 line crane bogies carrying a vessel. Also show is one of the Kingsnorth RORO vessels designed to carry the complete load by sea, thus reducing the usage of the old roads, which in the early 1970s when these images were taken were becoming less than adequate for the indivisible load.

A musical lot were Wynn's drivers. Pictured here in folk mood is Gerry Gard. Above, Gill French faces the camera from the Fowler at Church Stretton 1967, and left, a stranger in the camp. One of Pickfords trailers and load waiting for it's Diamond T on Liverpool docks. C1955
